WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
For Canada:
Shipping times within Canada range from 2 to 8 business days.
There's a $10 CAD shipping fee for orders under $50, and it's free for orders over $50.
For the United States:
Shipping times within the US range from 3 to 9 business days.
There's a $10 USD shipping fee for orders under $80, and it's free for orders over $80.
For International Orders:
Both, the transit time and shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Our processing time is 1-3 business days.
Please be aware that our shipping times are approximations, and there may be variations in specific circumstances.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac, Paypal and Afterpay.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We ship from Montreal, Quebec (Canada). However, we do not have an option for pickup at this time.
WHAT MAKES YOUR PRODUCTS DIFFERENT?
The materials we use, they aren’t the most common ones in the industries because of their high cost. We even ask our manufacturers for specific stitching, because it matters. E.g. We use cobra-style metal buckles for our heavy-duty harness. The front ring is tripled stitched in box x form, and it has an elastic to absorb the impact if your dog pulls.
