Delivery times and Costs

Orders are prepared and shipped 1-3 business days after you place your order online. Usually, you will receive your package within the shipping times mentioned below. However, national holidays and other exceptional events (Christmas, Black Friday, strikes at postal services, etc.) may cause additional delays. For wholesale orders, please note that the processing time is 4-7 business days before shipment.

Please refer to the table below for all available flat rates and transit times. If your country is not listed, the transit time and shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. Please note: The carrier displayed at checkout is used for rate calculation purposes only. The actual carrier may vary.

Printed Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories)

Select merchandise items, such as apparel and accessories featuring the Happy Dog, Happy Life design, are printed and shipped directly by one of our trusted production partners.

These items:

• Ship separately from other Bully Wags products
• Are subject to a $5 shipping fee for orders under $70, and free shipping for orders over $70
• Do not count toward the $50 free shipping threshold for regular Bully Wags products
• May arrive in a different package and be delivered via Canada Post or alternate carriers depending on availability
• Are final sale due to their custom, print-on-demand nature
• Are currently available for shipping within Canada only

Production times typically range from 2 to 10 business days.

 

Taxes & Duties

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer and may not be included in the shipping fees. If your order requires these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Orders shipping to the United States will be subject to duties, which must be paid by the customer at checkout.

Bully Wags is not responsible if incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We will not process any refunds in such circumstances.

Bully Wags is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment. We give the option to apply Route Package Protection at checkout, if the customer decides to take off or not include Route's fee, your package will not be protected.
