Refund policy

We are confident that you will love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may get a refund. All eligible products can be returned within 14 days of first receiving the order (based on tracking information). We offer a refund based on the original payment method. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs. You can submit your return request here.


We will deduct the shipping cost from the refund.

 

- Canadian return shipping label: $10 CAD for Quebec and Ontario, $15 CAD for the rest of the provinces.

- International return shipping labels: International orders outside Canada are not eligible for return and are final sale.


Customers will have 7 business days to send back the products; otherwise, the shipping label will be voided.

We do not refund shipping fees, insurance fees, import duties, and taxes (if applicable).

We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.


In order to be eligible for a refund, all returned products must be in excellent condition. Returns in a used, dirty, or damaged condition will be refused. If the item can be cleaned, a $15 CAD cleaning fee will be deducted per item. Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. 

Printed Apparel & Accessories – Final Sale
All printed items (hoodies, tote bags) are final sale due to their custom, on-demand nature. If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work with our printing partner to resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can also contact one of our team members so we can make the changes to your order. 

The customer is responsible for any shipping costs.


Missed Delivery or Incorrect Address (Canada Orders)

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, missed pickup, or failure to collect after a carrier’s delivery attempt, Bully Wags is not responsible for reshipping costs. If the item is returned and eligible for a refund, we will refund the product price minus the original shipping cost. Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier will also be deducted from your refund.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with no cost incurred to the buyer.

For orders shipped outside of Canada, no refunds will be issued if the shipment is refused or returned for any reason.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. We automatically apply Route Package Protection at checkout, if the customer decides to take off Route's fee, your package will not be protected.

12-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

If any product fails due to defects in materials or hardware (manufacturer defects), please contact a member of our team at support@bullywags.com for replacement options. We cannot exchange or refund items damaged due to misuse or chewing.
