Printed merchandise like apparel and accessories is printed and shipped separately by one of our trusted production partners. These items are final sale, with production times typically ranging from 2–10 business days, and may arrive in a separate package via Canada Post or another carrier depending on availability.

We ship from Richelieu, Quebec (Canada). However, we do not have an option for pickup at this time.

The materials we use, they aren’t the most common ones in the industries because of their high cost. We even ask our manufacturers for specific stitching, because it matters. E.g. We use cobra-style metal buckles for our heavy-duty harness. The front ring is tripled stitched in box x form, and it has an elastic to absorb the impact if your dog pulls.

Best Method: Hand Wash

• Use warm water and a mild detergent.
• Gently scrub away dirt and mud with a soft brush or cloth.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Hang to air dry—avoid direct heat or tumble drying.

Machine Wash? Only If You Must Machine washing isn’t recommended, as it can damage the hardware and materials. But if you’re in a pinch:

• Place the harness in a laundry bag or pillowcase to protect the hardware.
• Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent.
• Skip the dryer—air dry only.

Keep Colors Looking Sharp To help preserve the vibrancy of your gear:

• Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight.
• Don’t use bleach or harsh cleaners.
• Gentle cleaning helps maintain the look and feel.
