How It Started

Get Ready For a Long Story

Bully Wags started with my dog Harley. She was reactive and pulled out of excitement, which I first thought was “cute” until it became a real problem. I trained her on my own and she was making progress, but one day her leash unclipped unexpectedly. Later, even with a carabiner added, she managed to break free and run off. In that terrifying moment, I thought I had lost her.

 

Thankfully, Harley came back safe, but I knew I never wanted anyone else to go through that. I started researching heavy-duty gear and discovered the frog clip you now see in our leashes. After training with professionals, Harley walks much better, but I will always rely on strong, reliable equipment.

 

Now I have two bully breed dogs, and since they are powerful and play rough together I continue to use only heavy duty accessories. That is why I created Bully Wags. To give dog owners premium gear that is not only safe and durable but also stylish.

 

There is no magic tool for training, but with consistency, professional guidance, and the right equipment, progress is possible. Bully Wags is here to be part of that journey.
