We are confident that you will love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may get a refund. All eligible products can be returned within 14 days of first receiving the order (based on tracking information). We offer a refund based on the original payment method. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs. You can submit your return request here.
We will deduct the shipping cost from the refund.
- Canadian return shipping label: $10 CAD for Quebec and Ontario, $15 CAD for the rest of the provinces.
- International return shipping labels: International orders outside Canada are not eligible for return and are final sale.
Customers will have 7 business days to send back the products; otherwise, the shipping label will be voided.
We do not refund shipping fees, insurance fees, import duties, and taxes (if applicable).
We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
In order to be eligible for a refund, all returned products must be in excellent condition. Returns in a used, dirty, or damaged condition will be refused. If the item can be cleaned, a $15 CAD cleaning fee will be deducted per item. Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, they can only be exchanged in a different size or color.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can also contact one of our team members so we can make the changes to your order.
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with no cost incurred to the buyer.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. We automatically apply Route Package Protection at checkout, if the customer decides to take off Route's fee, your package will not be protected.
