Delivery times and Costs
Orders are prepared and shipped 1-3 business days after you place your order online. Usually, you will receive your package within the shipping times mentioned below. However, national holidays and other exceptional events (Christmas, Black Friday, strikes at postal services, etc.) may cause additional delays. For wholesale orders, please note that the processing time is 4-7 business days before shipment.

Taxes & Duties
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer. If your order requires these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Orders shipping to the United States will be subject to duties, which must be paid by the customer upon arrival. Shipments to the U.S. will no longer be Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
If a package is refused, the customer will be refunded (less shipping) after the package has been successfully delivered back to us.

Bully Wags is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment. We automatically apply Route Package Protection at checkout, if the customer decides to take off Route's fee, your package will not be protected.
